Cambridge SRI initiative targets faith-based investors
A new Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) initiative set up by Cambridge Associates, tailored to appeal to prospective faith-based investors, has attracted potential commitments from a number of US endowments and foundations, including Catholic investors, HFMWeek has learned.
Due diligence could suffer from regulatory scrutiny
The increase in hedge fund regulation post-2008 could lull some investors into a false sense of security, with individual investors particularly vulnerable to taking due diligence shortcut as a result, market participants have warned.
