Jefferies Prime makes new cap-intro hire
Jefferies Prime Brokerage has hired Melissa Goodman from Hedge Harbor for its capital introductions team. Since June 2008, Goodman was at Hedge Harbor, the investment placement specialist Asset Alliance launched in 2008.
Jefferies’ new hire comes amid general expansion of cap intro divisions at many banks, following increased asset inflows into the hedge fund industry.
With Goodman's hire, Jefferies' cap intro team now has three people.
